"Act as a school principal proposing a new [program]. Write a proposal brief that includes: 1) the problem, 2) the solution, 3) how it helps students/staff, 4) cost/time needs. Write it in plain, clear language. Before you begin, ask me a list of questions you need to know to write this perfectly. I will answer. After I answer, craft the brief."

Simply fill in the [square bracket placeholder] with what you are proposing and hit enter.

Step 2: Answer the Questions. ChatGPT will ask you for key details. Answer simply. (Like you're talking to a school board.)
