AI School Leadership Minute: Get Consistent Content with ChatGPT
The strategy below can be applied to policies, handbooks, staff memos, or any document where consistency matters.

Give ChatGPT an example of your best work. Tell it to match the tone and formatting of the example. Your new content will match your voice and style.

Here’s an example:
Less Effective: "Write a parent newsletter article about the new STEM program."
More Effective: “Write a parent newsletter article about the new STEM program. Here is what you need to know about the STEM program: [program information]. Match the tone and format of how we write our parent newsletter articles. Here is a newsletter you can model: [Paste in a past newsletter]."

Use this for any content you need to create repeatedly. This is what I use it for:

  • Standard operating procedures

  • AI training resources (See PS statement for an example of this.)

  • Teacher guides for our new plug-and-play AI curriculum

Speaking of our AI Curriculum... As fall registration approaches, here is some important info:
Starting next school year, schools are bringing in our one-semester, standards-aligned, plug-and-play AI curriculum that any teacher can deliver. These are the three big details:

  1. Course Description: This semester-long course teaches 11th and 12th-grade students how to use AI as a real-world tool. Students gain skills, knowledge, and ethical awareness through hands-on projects. They learn AI basics, ethics, and real-world uses based on their interests and career goals.

  2. Turnkey plug-and-play curriculum with pre-recorded lessons. Ready-made activities and projects. Everything is ready to go—just press play and deliver. Any teacher will be able to do it.

  3. You can fit it into your master schedule anywhere. This will align with all standards. Any teacher with any license will be able to deliver the course.

If you also want this included in your fall registration, let me know you are interested by clicking here. I’ll get you the info.

To a wonderful 2025,
William Grube

PS - Some elementary teachers may think AI does not apply to them. It does and can save them hours weekly. Here is a resource you can share with them: Using AI as an Early Elementary Educator.
