AI School Leadership Minute: Communicate One Message to Three Audiences
Need to explain something to students, staff, and parents—without rewriting it three times? Here's how to streamline it with AI:

Step 1 – Draft One Core Message
Use this prompt: "Act as a school leader. Draft a brief announcement about [topic, e.g., 'the new homework policy'], explaining the reason for the change and its benefits. Here is the info you need: [relevant information]"

Step 2 – Adapt for Students
Prompt: Rewrite the announcement in a friendly, encouraging tone for students. Use simple language that they can easily understand."

Step 3 – Adapt for Parents
Prompt: "Now create a formal letter to parents about the same change. Explain why it’s being implemented, how it supports student success, and what parents should know."

Step 4 – Adapt for Staff
Prompt: "Create an email to staff about this change. Focus on what teachers need to know, how it affects their work, and any next steps."

Use this workflow to clear up confusion and save hours.
